How does monitoring work?
The Network Monitor Android app checks each device (IP and port) on your chosen interval and sends alerts. Results sync to the web dashboard so you and your technicians can see everything live.
What's a technician seat?
A login for someone else on your dashboard — for example a field technician. Each seat is $5/month ($50/year). You choose whether each technician can only view, or also add and edit devices.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who handle billing, invoices and sales tax.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan to keep monitoring. If you don't, monitoring pauses — your devices and settings are kept.
