Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Lekker CS collects through Network Monitor and how it is used. We process personal information in line with applicable US privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and, for customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and an encrypted password (managed by Google Firebase Authentication).
- Monitoring data: the device names, IP addresses and ports you add, and check results (online/offline, response times, timestamps).
- Team data: email addresses of technicians you invite, and their role.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status and a customer reference. Card and PayPal details are collected and stored by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store them.
How we use it
To provide the Service (monitoring, alerts, dashboards), manage your subscription and trial, give invited technicians access, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, authentication and database (data stored in the United States).
- Paddle.com — payments, invoicing and tax, under Paddle's own privacy policy.
- Technicians you invite can see your dashboard; you control who they are.
How long we keep it
Check history is kept for about 24 hours. Account and device settings are kept while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except records that must be kept by law (such as invoices held by Paddle).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing admin@lekkercs.com. We will respond within 45 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
