Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial so you can make sure Network Monitor works for you before paying.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — your first subscription payment, a renewal, or added technician seats. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or contact us at admin@lekkercs.com and we'll arrange it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in the web dashboard under Plan & billing → Manage billing. There are no cancellation fees.
